Q: How much is the franchise fee?
A: The franchise for either DINE-IN, KIOSK type store is P99,000 for Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Rizal, NCR area and P150,000 for other Luzon provinces and P150,000 for Visayas region.

Q: What does the franchise fee include?
A: The amount includes the training of personnel, Standard Operating Procedures Manual, use of Woodbridge™ Pizza trademark, Opening assistance and some pizza for opening giveaways.

Q: What is the total investment for a Woodbridge™ Pizza outlet?
A: The total investment for a Dine-In outlet is from P250,000–P600,000 depending on the floor area of the store and extent of the construction/renovation that has to be done. For a Kiosk type store or a store with a floor area of 6 sq.m. or less, the total investment is P125,000 and up.

Q: For how long is the term of the franchise?
A: The term is good for 3 years.

Q: Is the franchise renewable?
A: Yes, it is renewable for 3 years if you have a very good standing with the Company and the franchise fee is 50% of the prevailing franchise fee.

Q: What is the gross profit margin?
A: The Franchisees’ gross profit margin is 100% up. From this amount, the overhead costs such as rent, utility costs, labor cost and other costs associated in operating the store should be deducted.

Q: What products does Woodbridge™ Pizza carry?
A: Pizza is our main product. It comes in different sizes and toppings. We also have pasta, burgers, fries, tacos, siopao, siomai, mami, fried chicken, spicy chicken wings and pearl shakes.

Q: What is the shelf life of pizza crusts/sauce?
A: In freezer – 1 month, in refrigerator – 2 days and out in the open – 1 day.

Q: Do we deliver the raw materials to your store?
A: We prefer that raw materials should be picked up from our office at Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, however, it can be delivered to your store with delivery charge, minimum order and it is subject to scheduling.

Q: Do we give territorial exclusivity?
A: Yes, territorial limit is 1 km from each outlet in small provincial towns. In cities and major towns, we set the limit based on population.

Q: Is there any royalty fee?
A: None. We do not collect royalty.

Q: Who takes care of the hiring for the Outlet and their training?
A: The franchisee will do the hiring of their personnel. The training will be done by Woodbridge™ Main.

Q: What are the requirements to apply for a franchise?
A: Applicants should submit the following:

• Letter of Intent that includes the proposed location address, area size and frontage, information on lease term.
• Accomplished pre-qualification form and application form
• Vicinity Map
• Sketch of proposed store
• Latest income tax
• Proof of billing

Q: How long will an application be processed?
A: It takes two (2) weeks only.

Q: How do we register the business?
A: Franchisee should register the business with DTI using a name they want. They should not register or use the name Woodbridge™, as this is only a brand name.

Q: What areas are suitable for a Woodbridge™ outlet?
A: The best sites are in malls, commercial strips and residential communities.
