Guidelines on Start-Up
- Upon approval of site, accomplish a Reservation Form.
- Close the rent/lease agreement with your landlord.
- Pay Goodwill Fee and sign Franchise Contract on or before the deadline stated on Reservation Form.
- Get your Tradename from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – you must have your own company name, Barangay Clearance, Mayor’s Permit, BIR registration, and SSS clearance.
- Put up streamers of “SOON TO OPEN”
- Apply for telephone, power, and water line.
- Discuss with Franchisor the following:
- Size, design, and location of signage
- Costing and menu
- Prepare flyers/leaflets (1,000 copies)
- Prepare store layout and get approval from Franchisor. Get a sample of color requirement.
- Start renovation of store facility. Install signage (if available already).
- Get list and specification of equipment and tools needed and the list of stores where you can buy them. Buy those items that you don’t have yet.
- Set schedule for training program.
- Distribute flyers
- Procure raw materials, ingredients, and supplies from Woodbridge™.
- Practice/ Dry run in your store.
- Have the Franchise Director do a final inspection of the outlet.
- Grand Opening
